About Me
I found yoga through climbing and quickly noticed the benefits of yoga in my sport and life.  I am is passionate about sharing yoga with others due to the impact that practicing yoga has had on my mental health. I am fascinated by the benefits of yoga for both body and mind in relation to sport and health.  I enjoy incorporating knowledge from my background in coaching climbing with yoga from both a physical and psychological perspective.  I am inspired by nature and love being outdoors, climbing, running, swimming and take every opportunity I can to practice yoga outside, whatever the weather. I always bring mindful movement into my classes but also create a space that allows you to have fun at the same time.

Qualifications
200 hour Vinyasa Flow Teacher
50 hour Trauma Informed Yoga
40 hour Yin and Mindfulness Meditation Teacher
40 hour Children's Yoga Teacher (4-11 years)
Medical Herbalist Diploma
